Give Anaya The Gift Of Mobility!

Hi everyone,
As most of the people in my circle know, I was blessed with children whom are not mine biologically, but that I love as my own. My baby Anaya is 11 years old, completely blind & in a wheelchair due to Devic's Disease.
She lives with her maternal grandparents and they are doing a wonderful job caring for her!
However, because Anaya is getting older and heavier, transferring and transporting her, without a handicapped accessible vehicle, is becoming too difficult. The ability to attend Doctor appointments, therapies, and everyday rides is getting harder.
Anaya's better wheel chair cannot be utilized or transported in a regular vehicle, because it is heavy and does not fold.
A handicapped vehicle will grant Anaya the independence she so desperately needs to be able to get out of the house more.
Anaya was diagnosed with Devic's Disease at the age of 6.
Devic's Disease (Neuromyelitis Optica), is an immune disorder that is similar to Multiple Sclerosis but more progressive. It attacks the optic nerve and spinal column.
Anaya has been in and out of the hospital more times than I can count. She has endured mutiple surgeries and more pain than the average adult.
Through every thing Anaya has maintained her positive spirits.
She is a cheerleader at Oak Park Preparatory Academy in Oak Park, MI.
She is in choir, loves to sing, and writes her own gospel songs! She is a huge Bruno Mars fan! I have attached a video of her singing one of her songs.
Anaya refuses to let her disease define her and has proven to us that there is nothing she cant do!
Please help our family raise enough money to get a handicap accessible vehicle for our Naya!
