Mobility Scooter for Esther

Esther has had MS for nearly 25 years and has become increasingly impaired over that time.
Anyone that has ever seen her or knows about her is aware of how bright, bubbly and positive she is despite her condition.
The only way she can independently leave her home is on a mobility scooter which she uses everyday, to go to the shops , doctors appointments, and to her favourite cafe to see her friends and generally keep in touch with the world.
Recently her beloved scooter was stolen from outside her home.
Esther's world was literally turned upside down , her friends and family were devastated for her. The police have been unable to find it, friends have searched the area to no avail.
Locally Esther is known for her 'wheels' as she likes to call them; these mobility scooters aren't easy to move around, so it's been pretty hard to cope with the fact that Esther's has been stolen.
Esther particularly needs a scooter to suit her height (she is tall at 5 ft 10 inches) and to be comfortable like the one that was stolen so we are asking if friends and family can contribute to a new one which is £3500.
We have already received a kind generous gift from one of my nieces for which we are very appreciative .
