Every month I visit classrooms, offices, libraries, senior centers & Girl Scout Troops with fleece blanket projects to encourage animal kindness & volunteering- We also provide free fleece to any individual or group that reaches out wanting to help!
Now we need your help! We have had a crazy influx of volunteer requests- this week alone I’ve gotten requests for over 75 full sized blanket kits and 100 small cat sized blankets! AMAZING but overwhelming! Each double sided fleece blanket costs us between $6-10 depending on size, even with a coupon combined with the sale! We want to keep providing free materials to those who want to donate their time, talent & love to make blankets for animals in need so we started a GoFundMe for our fabric fund! We are starting our goal small & will increase as we fundraise- every $ raised will help us to continue providing free fabric to any volunteer/group that reaches out to help!
About Us- Moose’s Mission is an Avon based non profit dedicated to providing comfort items (blankets, toys, treats) to animals in shelters & rescues waiting for their forever homes. Since our start in 2016, we have provided thousands of handmade blankets, lovingly made by our amazing volunteers. We also provide care packages for foster homes & humane cases with brand new beds, toys & bags of treats.
