MLK day of service

Donation protected
The Plymouth Area Interfaith Clergy Association (PAICA) sponsors interfaith worship and service events in the greater Plymouth area year round. One of our most active events is the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of service.
Held annually on the Saturday before The Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, January 14th, 2017, this year's event will bring people of all ages and occupations, from all of our member faith communities, together to assemble hygeine kits for homeless people and for distribution through the Greater Plymouth Food Bank.
All of the money raised will be used to purchase the supplies needed to stock the kits:
Soaps, deoderants, shaving needs,  tooth brushes, toothpaste, laundry needs, and other hygeine supplies.
These items are not regularly included in most food pantries, and all items purchased stay in our communities for ditribution to our neighbors who are most in need. Homelessness and food insecurity are very real and prevalent in all of our communities, and PAICA is dedcicated to doing all that we can to help.
We need to raise the funds by January 10, 2017 in order to purchase the supplies in time for the day of service.
Donations to this site are tax deductible. And donors will be listed on our facebook page.

Please be as generous as you are able and help us serve our neighbors as our faiths call us to do.
