Vadym Nesteruk Hockey Fund
Donation protected
Friends,
Please help me support a promising young Ukrainian hockey player, Vadym Nesteruk, whose parents have sacrificed all so that he can pursue his dream here in North America.
Vadym Nesteruk was born on April 8, 1997 in Kharkiv, Ukraine and was part of the infamous Druzhba 78 team which dazzled fans when they travelled to the USA to play in tournaments. When Vadim was 15, he joined the strongest club in Ukraine, Sokol Kyiv, and then was recruited to play for SISEC in Calgary the year after that. There, he was spotted by NHL scouts and is currently playing for the Philadelphia Little Flyers, while living with a host family in Exton, PA.
Vadym has the potential to play D1 college and then pro. But to do that, he needs to at least play one more year of youth hockey before he is old enough to apply for scholarships.
His parents were supporting him financially, but recently lost most of their business revenue becuase of the war in in Ukraine. We need to raise $4000 so that he can complete this season!
Please contact me with any questions and I thank you in advance for any donation that you can make.
Sincerely,
Mark Howansky
