Mission Trip to Congo, Africa

Hello there! If you are reading this, you probably already know me, but, in case not, my name is Sarah Brown, I am 21 years old, and I am raising money for myself as well as my mom to go to the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa on a mission trip. We need to raise approximately $5,000 per person to cover all the travel expenses (including round trip flights, vaccines, visas, etc.). I will be leaving in mid-September and returning in mid-March, and my mom is hoping to join me at some point, possibly around December or Janauary. We are going to help Congo Frontline Missions in any areas where we are most needed. I (who will have graduated with my Elementary Education degree by then) will be assisting with the education of the missionaries' children, as well as other domestic and childcare duties. My mom would serve in areas of music ministry, domestic upkeep, medical missionary work, evangelism and any areas where she is needed most. It would mean so much to us to be able to raise enough to be able to have this life-changing experience together. To be able to go to a foreign country and help (however indirectly) spread the gospel would be such a blessing.
