Mission Trip to Moldova and Ukraine
Hello friends and family, we are very excited to tell you about the opportunity that God has opened up for us. After the Christmas holidays, we overheard our father talking about going on a mission trip overseas. We have always been very open to world missions and have always wanted to go. At first, we were both very excited about this opportunity! As time went by, we started to doubt if this was the right time to do this or if we were too young to really make a big difference in a foreign country. Then we remembered a verse that says, “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12) God does not care how young we are because He can use anyone He wants to build His kingdom. This gives us faith that we are ready to go and we are willing to go.
We are very excited about this opportunity. The trip would cost us around 1,800 dollars a person and we would be very grateful if you could help send us on this trip. We will be going to both Ukraine and Moldova. At these two countries we will be doing numerous things such as giving out eyeglasses to people who don't have very good vision. Our most important goal while we are here however is to share the Gospel of Jesus and win as many people to we can to the Lord.
