Mission to Rebuild Homes & Lives in Peru!
Joslyn & Erica will be traveling to Peru at the end of June (9 days and 8 nights) with Reimagine Worldwide to help build houses and bring supplies to Santa Rosita, a city located in one of Lima's largest and poorest districts.
The cost of the mission trip is $3,800 total (for both), and Joslyn has already raised almost $800 through babysitting, dog-walking, and selling cookies & lemonade! We will continue fundraising efforts independently (Paypal link available upon request) *and* through this page over the next 2.5 weeks before our trip and would be blessed by a donation of any amount made before June 25th!
The support of our family & friends will mean so much as Joslyn embarks on her second mission trip at age 13 (her first was to Honduras two years ago) and Erica's first at age 40! We're excited to use the funds raised to not only travel to and build houses in Peru, but also to bring much-needed supplies (food, clothing, and more) to the families and children of Santa Rosita. ❤️

Reimagine teams average about 30 people per team with at least 3 teams flying in and out of Lima, Peru every summer. Our construction teams are the backbone of our mission in Santa Rosita, a city located in one of Lima's largest and poorest districts, San Juan de Lurigancho. Teams focus on replacing thatched and/or cardboard dwellings with prefabricated wooden homes, cement floors (replacing dirt) and tin roofs (replacing plastic). We build relationships with local families as we work, which opens the door for us to share the love and message of Jesus Christ.
