Miss Foxys hip surgery

Miss Foxy is a one year old small dog belonging to my nephew. Saturday night we found her unable to walk. The vet said today that she has completely broken her hip away from her spine and needs surgery. Her owner Zackary loves her dearly and is trying every angle possible to find funding help. I cant stand the thought of the devastation he will feel if he has to put her down instead due to lack of money so I am starting this campaign to beg for help. Zack is a good guy and Miss Foxy is a sweet young lady. They need each other. Anything is greatly appreciated.
