Mine Subsidence - Sink Hole

The Quick's home suffered extensive damage after a massive mine subsidence in their yard. Due to incomplete mining maps of the area this mine shaft was undetected during construction of the house. Homeowners insurance will not cover any damage due to mine collapses. There are no government grants available for this type of industrial problem. The original mining companies are long gone and current mining companies claim no responsibility. This leaves the entire burden on this family of six( including 4 children).Estimates are between $60k-$100k to lift house and repair foundation and basement damage. Any and all help would be greatly  appreciated.
