Mike Downs local tennis pro, husband & father has received the staggering news of a stage 3 diagnosis of Cancer.
Mike & his wife Angela work hard at providing for their 3 beautiful kids. Zoe, Bella & Luke. Angela is an independent contractor….of course if she is not working then she is not making money.
I am reaching out to our community, asking for your help for my family…(much to their chagrin).
Mike is climbing a medical mountain and this diagnosis has rocked the family and they could use our help. He is currently embarking on his 1st round of chemotherapy/radiation treatment every day. This will be followed by surgery and then another round of chemo/radiation treatment. Mike is currently driving to & from Petaluma everyday for treatments which can take a couple of hours out of the day as well as adding to exhausation. As this type of treatment is cumulative things will become increasingly difficult for Mike & the family as his treatment progresses.
I am asking for your help to take some pressure off & give them some relief with bills, medical copays, etc….I know the holiday season is difficult for most of us but whatever you are able to donate to Mikes get well fund will be appreciated. I know the family will be deeply grateful for your help!
