Mike's Lyme Disease Fight

Hey friends and family! As some of you may know, I have been dealing with chronic lyme disease for the past 3 years. I recently had to resign from my job that I loved as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Lake Park-Audubon Elementary due to this illness. Rather than draining my parents bank accounts, I would rather turn to my friends and family for financial help as I continue to battle with this illness and all of the complications that go with it. Here is a brief summary of my story:
In January of 2016 I was sickened by black mold in the apartment in Detroit Lakes that I rented. Upon moving out I fully expected to recover quickly but didn't. Symptoms I dealt with at this time were headaches, night sweats, vision issues, vertigo, coordination problems, extreme fatigue, among others. The following year after seeing many doctors along the way, I finally got the right help from a Naturopathic Doctor who diagnosed me with lyme disease. She said that environmental toxins like mold can make dormant infections in our bodies become active or make them worse which is what happened in my case.
In the spring of 2017, I really started making progress on the supplements that I was given. My symptoms were fading away but then would come back and continued this better and worse yo-yo throughout the summer. I finally realized that outdoor mold spores were causing these setbacks. Upon realizing this I limited exposure to humid weather. After about a month I literally had no symptoms and saw the vision of finally being 100% healthy soon. Then my nightmare truly began! Just as I felt extremely healthy it was like someone flipped a switch and my health immediately plummeted. New symptoms arose such as migraines, chronic dehydration when sweating or exposed to the sun, muscle weakness, among others. I had no idea how this could be happening to me again as I was incredibly cautious and conscience of what I put into my body and couldn't figure out why I was getting sick again in this new weird way. After six months of this backslide and again tons of doctor visits and research, I luckily discovered that the furnace in the house I was renting was leaking carbon monoxide. At this point I moved back home. How unlucky can one guy get?
This carbon monoxide lead to unbelievable complications of my lyme disease. Since then my digestive health really plummeted and I have been unable to go in the sunlight without massive dehydration issues. I also cannot watch tv or read due to the headaches and migraines that they cause. I am currently stuck in this situation and am desperately trying to find the right people that can help me out of this nightmare.
Any money raised would go toward overdue medical bills, future appointments, vitamins and supplements and expensive treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy and vitamin IV therapy. A trip to the Mayo Clinic may also be in the works to help find the answers. I really appreciate you taking the time to read this and consider me in your thoughts and prayers. As I am mostly home-bound, I would love to hear from you or have you come over for a visit.
