Mike Thomas kidney transplant fund

Hi, my name is Mike I’m 36 years old. I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure at the age of 15. Then in 2004 a doctor diagnosed me with polycystic kidney disease(PKD), a genetic disorder that has no cure. About 5 years ago, my kidney function began to rapidly decline, affecting the quality of my life. I am currently on home dialysis.  In 2015 I was placed on the national kidney transplant list.
I was immensely blessed with a living kidney donor named Dave Norris. On January 18th 2019, I received word from both him and Medstar Georgetown University Hospital confirming the he was indeed a match.
I would appreciate any donation that you could spare to help with travel costs, and living expenses while I am off work recovering from surgery.
