A magical meeting is about to occur.
Montreal jazz guitarist Mike Rud and his beautiful band are making an album with one of the greatest players of the instrument: New York’s Peter Bernstein. Mike and Peter have known each other since way back in 1992, but finally began performing together in 2016. You can help by donating! For any donation over $20 you will receive a physical and/or digital copy of the album. For donations over $100.00, you’ll also receive demo tracks made in 2017 in Montreal.
Paul Johnston (who produced Mike's 2014 Juno winning CD Notes on Montreal) will be flying in to record. The album will have the momentum of Edmonton's Bent River Records to push it along into the world.
