With an extremely heavy heart, we share the news of Michal “Misa” Martisovsky’s unexpected passing on Friday, July 19, 2019. Misa leaves behind his wife Petra and their two young twin sons Lukash (9) and Matyash (9).
It has been shared with Misa’s sons that he became very sick and passed away in the hospital. We ask that you respect their privacy while they mourn this huge loss.
Misa’s desire to seek outdoor adventure regularly with his family by his side, the pride he had for his family near and far that he spoke about any chance he got, his love for barbecuing that he shared with anyone and everyone, and his passion for helping his clients in building their dream homes formed him to be the incredible bright light that he was. There was nothing he couldn’t do well and his loss is felt immensely.
Misa was a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and a dear friend to many. He worked tirelessly to support his family and to ensure they received a wonderful life. If you knew him, you were familiar with his infectious smile, selfless character, and kind soul. He was never too busy to sit down with you to have a conversation.
We’re asking for anyone who may or may not have known Misa to please donate any amount you can, and help honor him by providing some assistance to the family he has left behind.
All funds will be given to Petra and be used to cover funeral expenses and to provide financial support during this devastating transition for the Martisovskys, as Misa was the sole provider for the family and did not have life insurance.
