Our hearts are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear sweet brother, Mr. Michael W. Long. Michael (a.k.a Mike) was known for his big smile and loving heart for others. He unexpectedly passed away on April 19th, 2017. He was a ‘gentle’ giant that loved his wife Bridget Long and children Michael James Long and Brianna D. Long very much. We often referred to Mike as ‘Smiley’ because whenever you saw him, you always saw a huge, warm smile on his face. Michael was a strong Christian family-man who served faithfully in ministry for more than 20 years. If you knew Mike, you knew a man that was soft-spoken and kind-hearted. Our family would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your love and support during this very difficult season in life. When life takes an unexpected turn, we are thankful to have family and friends such as you to lean on.
In lieu of flowers, we have established a ‘Go Fund Me’ page for the family of Mr. Michael W. Long. Due to unexpected expenses, we ask that you sow seeds of love toward Bridget, Michael James, and Brianna for the days that are now here as well as the days that are to come.
