As a parent, we all want the absolute best for our children. In the case of Michael Riggins, it has been his dream to be an Architect since the 5th grade. He has taken it upon himself since then to find any and all methods to be involved in any class or extracurricular activity to reach this dream. Here we are now nearing his high school graduation and he will be ever closer to realizing his dream. He is an intelligent, likeable, hardworking, humorous, and driven individual.
As a single parent, I continually struggle with providing everything my children need, much less the things almost every child wants. That is why I am creating this campaign to help Michael get the one thing he has wanted. Yes, he will be getting some scholarships and grants to get him through to his degree. But in order to get to that point, we need to make an advanced payment to secure his place in the Bridge Program to get him started on the scholarships and grants and possibly student loans to get him through the next few years of college.
I could cut corners and save as much as possible over the next couple of months to get the advance payment paid, but this is a time sensitive deal that i just cannot get paid in time. So, I am asking for any and all of my friends/family, to please help me in getting the next phase of Michaels dream started.
