Michael Lublin support fund

This is not a story I want to write. Michael Lublin was my friend. He was a dear loving soul that many were lucky to cross paths with. He and Maureen were part of our Artist and Musican family. He was Maureen’s love and best friend both in life and in business. A devastating diagnosis of brain cancer rained down on him a few months ago. After fighting back as hard as his body and soul would allow he passed away and minutes later the skies of NYC lit up in a lightning storm for the ages.

My dear friend Maureen is left to start from scratch. She needs our help. She dropped everything and stayed by his side fighting this dreaded disease every second of every day he had left to fight. She had to cancel shows and could not fill orders or make any work as she took Michael to doctors , radiation and any medical therapy that might produce a miracle. She is now facing financial devastation. She needs to find a way brick by brick to rebuild her life and business. Michael was a profound and important partner in that business. They were fiber Artists together. They did everything together. She now walks alone in uncertainty and in need of a supportive community to hold her up in her time of need. I and all who love them appreciate any amount you can give as she finds her way forward.
