MICA Scoop TV (Sundance 2019)

GOOD NEWS! After our trip to Sundance, we're now on our way to meet with the Hollywood Executives on February 12th. We need to raise $2000 to meet our goal. Please help us make it happen. Thanks.

The Two Essences cast and MICA Scoop TV will be attending the 2019 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.  We will be covering the events for ten days. We are raising $5000 for the trip. The funds will be used to accommodate my talents, TV crew and sign language interpreter’s lodging, airfares and fees. We're asking our supporters, family and friends to support our cause. 

ABOUT JADE BRYAN 

My name is Queen Jade. I am an award-winning indie filmmaker who happens to be deaf. I am the FIRST Jamaican-American Deaf filmmaker, a pioneer in my own right. I have been producing and writing films for over 25 years. I am also a visionary and an activist. I believe in social change and social justice. I believe in promoting, spreading and increasing representations for #POCDeafTalent and #BlackDeafTalent, actors cast in roles in the mainstream television.
Now we have a new episodic content in the works. Our team will also promote The Two Essences pilot while covering the events at Sundance. Our goals is meet with the industry professionals and pitch our baby to them.

Essence is a vivacious, sexually fluid, Latina and mother of three who is in an open-marriage, craves the life of her self-centered conservative, 20-year-old deaf daughter. Please view the sizzle reel of our episodic pilot .

MICA Scoop TV was founded in 2008 to attract readers and viewers who are interested in fashion, film, music video, technology, new product launch, product development and everything in between. Our coverage for the 2019 Sundance FilmFestival will include online publication on our blog, and streaming videos of our interviews with the filmmakers on our blog website, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channel. We deliver entertainment news to the sign language community, nationally and globally. We also have a page on Facebook.
