Mia's Mastitis surgery

Mia is a 2 year old pitbull, mommy of 8 pitskies. She gave birth on May 31st and she was fine. Last saturday, she developed a severemastitis. Mastitis is a mammary gland infection on nursing females dogs and humans. Over the weekend, she got worst to the point that she had two huge opennings around her breast. She underwent a surgery to remove the mammary glands but the wound can not be closed at this time because of the infection. She is still at the animal hospital and we do not know when she might get back home. 
The procedure and stay at the hospital has become really expensive but I refuse to give up on her. Please, help me help her get well! Thank you for your help!
