Every day is a good day

For someone battling depression everyday is a struggle and everything seems like a chore. So I want to raise some much needed funds for the people who help make others feel better. To help them see every day is a good day. Giving up alcohol for a year will be a struggle for me but it will demonstrate willpower to take one day at a time. Please help me to help others. All donations will go to organisations who do fantasic work in mental health ,suicide awareness and prevention.Lenadoon counselling, Lighthouse, Mindskills training amongst others. So please  help me through my alcohol free year to raise money for a cause that's very close to my heart. These people help everyone and anyone who needs it and they do fantastic work in this field.
