Metastatic Melanoma - Stage III Melanoma

Donation protected
My best friend Ian McGowan was diagnosed with Metastatic Melanoma in Sept 17. He underwent radical neck dissection. Further to this he commenced a trial of combination immunotherapy in Adelaide, traveling fortnightly for over 12 months. He and his wife have been living on one income and trying to seek disability benefits due to the toxicity of the immunotherapy and the radical neck dissection. Ian has developed Polyarthritis which reduces his mobility, he has also developed secondary Addisons Disease with long life ongoing medical treatment. There is no cure for Addisons disease. They have used all their savings whilst trying to get disability benefits.

Ongoing side effects from the treatment and day to day living has taken it's toll. They now need help whilst they continue to seek disability benefits because his condition does not fit the square boxes.

I would like to raise money to ease the pressure so they can focus on his treatment and raise their 2 beautiful children.

Ian has always been there to help anyone when times were down, I'm hoping his friends could do the same.

Thanking you for your consideration.
