Hello Everyone Thanks for stopping by I will get right to the point I started this fundraiser to dvelope a educational social media wedsite for truthers and people who are looking to reach real people with their message. Right now the corporate controlled social media sights are censoring truth by forcing people to choose between money and the truth. Sites like YouTube will not allow people to make money from videos that speak the truth by calling them non-Advertiser friendly, which is another way of saying this video has too much truth so we will not allow it to be seen. YouTube & Facebook does not show all of your friends and subscribers your content only a select few, which limits your reach.
SkewlMe (Name not final) is a teaching and learning social media-based website that will allow people to teach what they know and others to be schooled on what they don’t know,
Users will be able to create a profile as a Student or Teacher or both.
Student Profile - Once a user has created a student profile they will be able to look through a list of subjects to be schooled on, or type in and search for a specific subject.
Once the user chooses a subject they will be able to choose a video from different teachers who are teaching that particular subject they and also see a materials needed box so they can see what course materials (if any) they will need to complete the course, class or tutorial. When the user has chosen a Teacher and class they will enter that teacher’s teaching Page where they can take part in a live course (if Available) or go to a class or simply watch a video tutorial on the subject and read any instructions or notes that are left by the teacher. Users will be able to see all users who have already taken the class or course (not tutorial) and completed it, as well as the users who are taking the class at the same time (This will include Tutorials). They will automatically become classmates with those users they will also be able to interact with those users only by sending a friend request, which will allow them to pass a note in class (send Messages).
When a user is not in a class they will be able to go into the SkewlMe Hallway and interact with all of their friends’ students will be able to suggest classes to other users as well. The student profile page will consist of a Profile picture users will be able to give a description about themselves, the student profile page will also show what courses and classes the user is currently enrolled in, there will be a lessons tab where students will be able to click and see all the classes they have taken and completed or taken and failed or are currently still enrolled in, which will be controlled by the Teachers Profile page.
Users will also have a Locker on their profile page where they can upload and store things like pictures, videos etc. (Users can make their Lockers Public or Private) Users will also have a student Profile Chalkboard on their profile page where they will be able to post their status as well as pictures and videos. The goal is to create a cool mix of school and social media content that will give the users a fun experience when on their profile page (The Profile Page is not Limited to the content listed above and things may be added or changed).
This site has endless potential and will allow people the opportunity to reach people who share the same passions, viewpoints and hobbies. this is just a small amount of what we are trying to do but it takes money to get the right programmers and coders on board as well as the servers and computers needed for such a project. 150,000 is not the total cost for this project there is much more money involved and more that will be needed but once a working model is up and running it shouldn't be a problem to sucure the rest of the funding
