Hi my name is Mercedes and I am almost 6 years old. My humans rescued me about 4.5 years ago. I came to them with food aggression, dog aggression, & men aggression. My humans worked really hard to rehabilitate me and I no longer show any signs of aggression.
In May of 2017 right before my human sibling was born I had to get TPLO surgery on my right leg. Now almost two years later I need surgery on my left leg. I’m currently on anti inflammatory meds and pain killers to help ease the pain until I can get surgery again. The expense is way more than my humans can handle, but they refuse to let me suffer and not live life to the fullest.
