Mentor Connector Pro

I am concerned about the impact of stress on doctoral students in Europe and the US. This exponential growth of PhD students has created a heightened competition, insecurity, fear of failure and a bleak job market upon completion of doctoral degrees. I started the Grad Crisis-Line in 1999 for suicidal students. However, most young researchers simply need a supportive from a peer who understands the struggles associated with an advanced degree. Mentor Connector Pro is designed to put together a struggling PhD with a seasoned mentor who has been through the process and garnered valuable experience and advice to share with a mentee. There is NO cost to the students to utilize this service. The Mentors will be volunteers. Universities in America will hire our APP services for their students, while European students will have access for free. 

The "starter funds" will help cover cost of APP Design, Web registry/development, mentor recruiting and training, and promo of the BETA test.
