Mon nom est Jean-François Gallant. Moi et ma conjointe , Ève Charron , aimerions vous présenter notre grand projet familial que nous préparons depuis plus d’un an.
Tous les membres de notre famille sont atteint de façon plus ou moins importante de maladie mental qu’on dit parfois “ maladie fantôme ”. Moi même ayant été atteint d’une dépression il y a deux ans , ma conjointe atteinte de trouble de personnalité limite , ma fille de 9ans de trouble d’attention avec hyperactivité ainsi que comme mon garçon de 10ans , de dyspraxie. Nous voulons montrer que malgré tout ça, nous sommes capables d’accomplir de grand projet et donner espoir a des gens dans la même situation que nous. Nous avons dû réduire notre projet de départ ( tour du monde ) à notre réalité budgétaire (Amérique du nord/Centrale). J’ai adapté un Dodge Grand Caravan 2008 en véhicules récréatif pour pouvoir voyager en famille pour partir du Québec jusqu’au Guatemala par la côte Est pour remonter par la côte Ouest en traversant ensuite tout le Canada pour revenir au Québec dans notre petit village de Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu. Tout cela en 5 mois , soit du 17 mars 2017 jusqu'à la mi-août 2017.

My name is Jean-François Gallant. I and my spouse, Ève Charron, would like to introduce to you our great family project which we have been preparing for more than a year.
All members of our family are affected to a greater or lesser extent by mental illness. I myself suffered from a depression two years ago, my spouse with borderline personality disorder, my nine-year-old daughter of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder and my 10-year-old boy, dyspraxia. We want to show that despite all this, we are able to accomplish great project and give hope to people in the same situation as us. We had to reduce our starting project (around the world) to our budgetary reality (finally only North / Central America). I adapted a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan as a recreational vehicle to travel with the family from Quebec to Guatemala on the east coast to go up the west coast, then crossing all of Canada and back to Quebec in our small village of Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu. All this in 5 months, from 17 March 2017 to mid-August 2017.
