Memorial Plaque for Reef Kite

Donation protected
On October 13th 2015, Reef Kite was crushed and killed by his falling draws. He was 22mnths old. His legacy went on to create the Facebook page "Bolt it back for Reef" which has gained support of 2000 people aswell as Kidsafe WA, in order to raise awareness of the risks that furniture poses. Stories continue to flood in from parents who have subsequently restrained their furniture and saved their children's lives. Reef was cremated and a go fund me was set up to pay for the costs. However money fell short of being able to pay for a memorial plaque and spot for him and as his 3rd birthday approaches and the year mark of him being gone has now passed, we're reaching out hoping the public can help us reach the $1500 mark that it will cost to give Reef a final resting spot at the Bunbury Crematorium.
As Reefs Aunty, I'd like to thank the public for their ongoing love and support and sharing of Reefs Legacy in the hopes that no further lives need to be lost due to falling furniture.
