Memorial Expenses Onice Brian Gilbert

Brian has Always been a big part of the community. He served his country in the Navy and is a disabled veteran.  He continued to serve by being a wrestling coach and went to school later in life to become his dream job...Teacher! Through all of that he has dealt with heart disease from a very young age and later diabetes and kidney failure. Those health issues made it impossible to get life insurance. Today we are saddened by his death and he leaves behind a wife, 3 daughters with the youngest being 13 and 2 young grandkids. They all loved him dearly, depended on him and struggling with what all of this means. Iris Gilbert his childhood love is in charge of his final expenses and currently overwhelmed with emotions hence why I am starting this for her.  In lieu of flowers, this is what’s needed to support the family.  The family was solely cared for by his Veterans Benefits.  He has been in and out of hospital for the past 2 years plus and it has been a struggle financially and emotionally. Please help with the burden and share love by donating. Brian loved everyone and never had an unkind word to say. A proud MAN that gave his all to all. If he had a roof so did you. Nothing went unshared and he always had a hug for you me and anyone that could use one even in his illness he would make you laugh or smile. Always represented joy.
