Melody Elizabeth Memorial Fund

Melody Elizabeth Martinez was born on October 14th, 2018. She suffered from Hypo-plastic left heart syndrome and Scimitar Syndrome and passed away on October 18th, 2018. She was a strong girl who is now a beautiful angel in the sky. We are grateful for the days we were able to spend with her. 

The money raised will help fund her memorial service. A memorial will help honor our precious Melody. Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
