Melissa Dawn (Pennington) Wilson Memorial

On Friday May 17th Melissa Dawn Wilson (Pennington) passed away. Melissa's creative and loving spirit touched the lives of friends and family both in Texas and California and beyond. In honor of Melissa's life we are arranging two services, one in California and one in Texas.
In California we will be a small group who will take her ashes out to sea and spread them. We will also be collecting notes, poems, tributes, any written words or memories that participants would like to write and they will be burned and mixed with these ashes. We will also save a copy of all of these notes and put them together into a bound book that will be available for anyone who would like a copy.
In Texas we will have a Memorial Service and a 'celebration of life' back to back for her family and friends there.
This GoFundMe is to support her family in arranging these tributes and services. Melissa left behind few earthly possessions and lived her final years in poverty. Please help out in any way you can and announcements for Memorial Services will be shared soon.
