Melisa's fight against sarcoma

In August 2016, our best friend Melisa Kingsley was diagnosed with Sarcoma bringing to a halt her dream to study and play varsity hockey at the University of Ottawa. Her battle quickly began which entailed multiple chemotherapy sessions as well as thirty radiation treatments. In April, the family was anxiously awaiting results from the combination of both treatments which determined that Melisa required further treatment. Unfortunately, she did not qualify for immunotherapy in Canada or the United States. Therefore, the family is forced to travel internationally for this much needed treatment. With that said, we are looking to raise funds in hopes to help with the cost of the treatment and travel expenses for the family.
