We started out as passionate orators and writers using their blog, Melanin & Honey, as a platform to both educate and empower people in the Omaha community. Things changed quickly as our message resounded with many all over the city.
Our goal was to highlight the lives of people who often don't have the opportunity to talk about their experiences. As we continued our work, we found that there was an avenue to use our creative work as a platform to facilitate a positive change in local organizations.
Today we strive to help companies and nonprofits in the ways they communicate and perceive diversity and inclusion, and how to do so in an authentically inclusive way.
