Megan is a smart, funny, caring, sweet 12 year old girl who was diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia) on February 4, 2016. National Cancer Awareness Day.

We are blessed that she is being treated by the wonderful doctors at Children's Hospital in Boston. She has a remarkable strength and attitude that we should all learn a lesson from.

Megan and her family have suddenly found themselves on this profound and unexpected journey. Megan's mom and dad have moved into the hospital to support their youngest daughter in her fight. They have both exhausted almost all of their paid time off and will soon be on FMLA leave with no pay.

Megan's two sisters and the rest of her family and friends have rallied around them to help, but it is a different world than it was 2 weeks ago.
