Medically sound home-Sarai & Jason

Hi, I don't know really how to start this story but it is obvious to me that the need is here and should be told.

I'm looking to help my daughter #Sarai Fuoss and family get out of the house they are in.

I am a retired Marine of 22 years active duty who loves his family and I wish the very best for all of them. My retirement from the Corps just is not enough to pay the bills so I'm still working. I am not able to find an acceptable paying job in my local area, so I work 350 miles away and travel home some weekends to be with my family. No problem for me and my loving wife #Beth who is OK with it too – as long as I get to come home a couple weekends every month. So, my finances are covered.

However, my daughter #Sarai and hubby #Jason seem to always have issues. Jason is a hard working guy. Sarai tries as well to help out where she can but that’s limited because of the 2 young little kids (#Joshua-still breast feeding & Lillie just started school). Jason is an over-the-road trucker trying to make ends meet which is very hard most days. Jason’s truck is not new so many times – repairs are essential to keeping the truck on the road to create income. The family vehicle seems to always need fixing too – it’s old (it was mine – her brother had it and now Sarai has it) with lots of miles, so, hard to do.

The other issues include medical bills for #Lillie and new baby Joshua and that is why I am working this Go Fund Me project. Lillie has been in to have two upper GI scopes done in the last three years. They are trying to figure out why she has so much stomach problems. Last year's is when they finally figured out what was going on and now have her on medication that is helping. When Joshua was born, he had some physical ailments. One has been fixed and hopefully will not cause problems in the future that being a cleft upper lip.

Joshua had surgery at 5 months old to correct the lip in the middle of February and is doing fine now with that. But, he was born with only one kidney. That’s ok too because lots of people have only one kidney but who knows what can be in the future with that. I’m pushing to get them out of that old house that doesn’t seem to be the best, health wise, for babies and family.

Let me jump forward. The biggest reason for the Go Fund Me campaign is to move the Fuoss family to a home where the house is big enough for all of them to have a bedroom. They currently don't have each a bedroom. To get them a house where continued repairs are not the norm. Where – if you go into the bathroom, you don’t feel like you’re going to fall through the floor. The kitchen/dining area don’t have a hole in the floor that you can see to the basement. The porch storm door will not get pulled open because the closer & chain are broken, to have a house with a dirt floor basement is not really good. The basement is a dirt floor and stone structure - 1940's.

The house needs repairs for the foundation, windows, paint, electrical and a big list of other things. I’ll post pictures so you can see it.

So, please help me – help them accomplish this mission, to move out of that house as soon as possible into a newer home by contributing to this cause. I am looking to get only $5 each from whoever has it to spare. If you don’t have it, share the Go Fund Me link and ask if to have your friends contribute $5 each and share the page then too. If you can spar more, Great, we’ll sure put it to good use for this house.

May we all be blessed by praying for them and contributing to this house raising – moving - Go Fund Me project.

Thank you all for your help.
Thank you for your time in reading this post and may God Bless you all.
