Medically Necessary Teeth Extraction

I really hate to do this and this was my absolute LAST option but I have to do what I have to.
My fiance has had severe tooth/face pain and has been on antibiotics and been misdiagnosed for over a month until we went to the dentist and did an xray. It showed that every one of his teeth had infections and a few are severe where he needs to have every single tooth in his mouth extracted ASAP. I've called his insurance multiple times and they won't cover the procedure, I've tried every place I could to try to get the procedure covered and nothing is working.
We were to Affordable Dentures and this was the lowest number we have gotten. This is for extraction/dentures. I cannot take out a loan because I have no credit and he does not have good credit. We've tried and we were denied.
This was our last resort and it really sucks to have to do this but we are out of options.
