Our dad Ciardi, is currently dealing with compartment syndorme which is a rare, painful and dangerous condition caused by pressure buildup from internal bleeding or swelling of tissues. He's been in the hospital for 17 days now and we're not sure how much longer it will be. He's had two surgeries on his leg and had 1/3 of the muscle in his leg removed. Now, he is in an unimaginable amount of pain. Our dad spent his 45th birthday in the hospital and Thanksgiving as well.
His friends know him as a motivational and giving man who is always doing for others. They wait everyday on facebook for his motivational posts on facebook to give them a boost of positivity for the day. He hasn't gone public with what has been going on, because his mother, our grandma, is not in good health and if this got back to her, it would tear her apart. But, we made this page because we want to help ease some of the burden of the medical bills from his extended stay in the hospital as well as the physical therapy he's going to have to go through. So we are turning to you, his friends and our family to ask you to help us raise money for our dad.
