Medical help for Alex needed

My son Alex is 21 severely autistic, non -verbal and life has been a constant battle trying to get him the appropriate medical help.
Alex was institutionalized for 7 months in 2010 where he was put on a bunch of antipsychotic drugs that did nothing but severe damage years later to his gastrointestinal tract and destroying his esophagus Alex has been seeing a gastroenterologist since 2013.
The reason we started seeing gastroenterologist was because of an ongoing cough and low-grade fevers we spent the past few years going to different types of specialists and nobody had any answers, they just wanted to keep giving him medications that made his issues worse and cause more damage and sedated him. He's now developed side effects from these toxic chemicals and dangerous drugs.
Alex is currently on 900 mg of lithium, 160 mg of Geodon ,2 mg of Klonopin, and down to 1000 mg of valproic acid (generic for Depakote) slowly weaning him off he was on 2000 mg. They want Alex taking 80 mg of Prilosec and two cap fulls a day of Miralax, all toxic and overuse over there years can be fatal.
Alex has severe GERD, and due to his severe coughing he has inflammation in his stomach that caused bleeding, and was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Which is basically inflammation of the esophagus that has got worse because it's not being properly treated can lead to cancer of the esophagus years down the line and cause impacting of food in your esophagus..
So I have our first appointment scheduled with Dr. Arthur Krigsman one of the best doctors in the country he is well known in the autistic community that can help Alex.
Unfortunately he does not accept any insurance and this is very expensive but we desperately need to get Alex there before the pain gets so bad and his self injurious behavior and aggressions reoccur and if that happens Alex could end up being institutionalized again being put on more heavy sedation antipsychotic drugs and we could really lose him.
I am in a Financial crisis and couldn't ever afford these costs that I will breakdown that is why i am desperately putting a fund up as his mother needing to raise this to help Alex get his gut start to heal.
Dr Krigsman fees:
$450.00 first hour phone consultation
$675.00 first hour second follow-up visit after his testing and $450.00 dollars prorated per hour 1/2 hour
If it is a complicated case rates can vary depending on the situation but the second consultation is $1,200.00 just to review and go over test results and the recommendations.
Unfortunately because we reside in New Jersey and the doctor is in New York the insurance company will not cover the cost of blood work and a lab testing .
Stool testing ,urinalysis testing ,blood work ,and lab program testing is up to $3700.00
I have a full breakdown of fees for lab I called for each test Dr. Krigsman requires to be able to determine and treat Alex's gastro intestinal tract.
Alex's has had 3-4 upper and lower endoscopy he's as well as a wireless capsule endoscopy pill camera procedure done in the past.
I am asking family, friends to please share this on your wall, groups to help me as his mom, and help us raise this money to get Alex to Dr. Krigman with our first via phone consultation is already scheduled for this coming Friday December 29th with hopes I at least raise that first consultation over the phone.
