Medical & Surgeries support-Vala

Vala is one of my best friends that I have know for over 20 years. She is a funny, outspoken, strong, hard working and adventurous woman.  Vala decided to take a trip to Australia recently. While there, she was at a local beach and decided to jump into the ocean at a place that was popular. As she jumped in, she hit some rocks and tumbled into the ocean. Thankfully, a family was near by in a boat and was able to pull her out and get her to the beach. She was taken to a hospial and has been there for 12 days. She will most likely be there for another 10 days. Since she has been at the hospial, she has had two surgeries and possibly might need another. She fractured her right wrist and both her feet. Her right foot is in a boot, but her other foot and wrist have had surgery to place special plates and screws inside. Right now she is there all by herself and dealing with pain and is stressed about her medical expenses. Vala does have insurance, but since it’s in a different county she is still going to have to pay a large portion. The very minimum out of pocket for her is 40,000 and that isn’t including missing work and any other expenses she is going to have during this time. It’s going to be awhile before she can walk again. She is completely immobile and can’t use crutches because of her wrist. So I am asking y’all to please help take some stress off of her and donate towards her medical expenses.
