Medical Expenses for Shae

October 18th I had no idea would be the start of a very long medical journey for me. After two months of going doctor to doctor in pain and being misdiagnosed I had surgery finally giving us an answer. I found out that I have interstitial cystitis. To get that answer I’m looking at $2500 in medical bills headed our way without any cushion set up for ourselves. Missing work has had us fall behind tremendously and short term disability has been a slow and grueling process.
I don’t want to ever have to ask for help. Usually I’m the one helping other people. I can’t afford to keep up with my medications of even just minimal expenses like food and necessities for our child. I don’t qualify for any emergency assistance or medical assistance due to my prior earnings.
I just need to stay afloat until everything kicks in and I can get back to work. Anything helps even if it’s a share.
