Medical Expenses for Sarah Taylor

Sarah Taylor is a wonderful single mother to her children, is tough as nails, and works hard to provide for her family. For the past 4 years, she's been suffering from symptoms of an unknown illness. Starting with a hospital stay when she blacked out over the week of the 4th of July in 2015, she has been searching for an answer to balance and vision issues, extreme pain, weakness, and fatigue, among other things. 
After several misdiagnoses and treatments (including MS), she was finally referred to a specialist for a structural defect of the brain called Chiari Malformation. 
In September, Sarah will travel to Sioux Falls to have decompression surgery on her brain. Her specialist hopes this will alleviate some of her symptoms. Her recovery time will leave her out of work for a minimum of two months. 
This temporary lapse in income, in addition to Sarah's medical bills, will create a financial hardship for Sarah and her children, another worry to add to the myriad of worries surrounding her diagnosis, surgery, and recovery.
