Medical Expenses for Roger Schwers

Roger Schwers was diagnosed with stage 3 Rectal Cancer on Fathers day 2016. This started a series of chemotherapy and radiation treatments for six weeks. After a bazar illness in September 2016, a CT scan discovered 4 spots on Rogers liver. With this information the Doctors change the diagnosis to stage 4 Cancer in his blood.
Since September, Roger has endured intense chemotherapy treatment every other week.  They are praying and hoping for a miracle and remission since once cancer is in your blood you will have it the rest of your life.
Roger has not been able to work since last May.  Disability does not come close to what he made delivering pop and driving a large truck.
This has left Kristen to take on more shifts as a server Goldberg's to make ends meet.
Roger and Kristen have been married for 18 years.
Children:
Steven who is 20 and lives in Lincoln, NE and works at Willmar electric (WES) .
Alex is a sophomore at Roncalli High School where he wrestles and competed in the academic decathlon.
Lauren is in the 5th grade at St. James and loves athletics. Lauren keeps Roger and Kristen very busy with soccer and volleyball and then some!
Roger and Kristen have always been willing to help anyone in need even when times were tight.
