Medical expenses for my moms kidney transplant

As you may or may not know....In January of 2019 I almost lost my mother. While going to nursing school my mom got an unknown virus that attacked her heart and caused pericarditis. She went into cardiac tamponade and almost died but she fought very hard; overcame it and graduated nursing school. Unbeknownst to us this virus had also attacked her kidneys but it wasn’t discovered until a routine physical in September. My mom is now in full blown kidney failure. Both of her kidneys have been destroyed by this virus. They are only functioning at about 10%.
Very soon my mother will be getting a dialysis port put in her stomach so that she can begin peritoneal dialysis. This dialysis will be done by her, at home, everyday while she sleeps so that she can continue to work and provide for me and my sister. But it doesn’t end there. My mom is in need of a living donor kidney transplant. That’s where you guys come in. My mom recently started a new job and doesn’t have any paid time off. This go fund me is to help my mom pay the bills while she is out of work at the beginning of her dialysis and in the future after her kidney transplant. She will be out of work for quite some time and disability just isn’t going to be enough. Especially with the medical bills she is already incurring.
