Medical Expenses for Dean Perez

Hello I am setting up a go find me account for my dad (Dean Perez) and our family to help cover medical expenses due to my dad being viciously attacked. He is currently at Memorial Hospital where he will have to undergo plastic surgery to repair his broken eye socket bones in both eyes. He also has broken bones in his nose and other facial fractures.
