Medical Expenses For Hypothyroidism

I am severely out of options. This is my last choice. As I don't have health insurance, and have a chronic illness (Hypothyroidism) for which I am on medication for the rest of my life, I am making a last attempt at raising the money for the cost of my endocrinology appointment (roughly $200) and my labs/bloodwork (roughly $800). Any donation at all would help if anyone is able and willing.
