Medical Expenses for Erik Zimmeht

My brother in law, Erik Zimmeht recently had a medical emergency that put him in the Univeristy of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  The condition they are treating him for is Neuromyelitis Optica or NMO for short.  This condition has left him with out vision in one eye and without the use of his legs.  After a week of IV steroids and Plasmaphoresis his vision is improving and he does have sensation in his legs.  NMO is an autoimmune condition that he will have to contend with the rest of his life, a flare up of symptoms can happen at any time.  Once, he is discharged from the hospital in Iowa City, he still may have to go through an inpatient rehab program at our local hospital.  He is a great husband and an amazing dad.  We are trying to raise funds to assist them with doctor bills, travel expenses, and any other expenses that may come up during this difficult time.   Anything you could give, I know Casey, Erik, and the boys would be forever grateful.
