Medical equipment for my Grandma

My grandma, Elizabeth Skalsky, has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She also has fluid building in her abdomen and doctors appointments to have it removed. As walking is becoming difficult, we are looking for help raising money for a ramp, wheelchair, and travel expenses to and from the hospital, and help paying for potential hotels costs associated with her medical treatment. My parents are providing in home care, and do not intend to do any inpatient hospice. My grandparents have been retired for years now, and worked at a grocery store together for quite a few years before hanging up their hats for good. They are on a limited income so any help would be greatly appreciated.
