Medical bills and related debt

My health has been slowly deteriorating over the past 20 years. I have finally hit the point where the pain and cognitive problems have severely impacted my life.  I have never wanted to ask anyone for help, but I think that time has finally come.  I need help digging myself out of the debt that joblessness and medical bills has dug me.
