UPDATE: C. Malave bereavement and memorial

My father, Carlos Ruben Malave was a great man, and husband. He worked so hard to make sure my family and I didn’t experience the same struggles that he went through growing up. He and my Mom made sure we experienced growing up in a full house, a nice neighborhood, and that we were loved. They made sure my entire family including cousins were always around, so that it always felt like we had more than just the 5 of us. I want everyone to remember him as a great father because that’s what he continued to work the hardest for. 




 My dad passed away on Jan.12th because the injuries he sustained were too critical for him to survive. He was on life support for a few days in the Surgical ICU and I prayed for a miracle. His body held on for as long as it could but the severity of his injuries outweigh the chance of progress. At this time, my family and I are currently going through the motions of grieving and coping with the unexpected loss of my father. In result, we ask that you all will refrain from contacting us at this time.
