Larry Prescott passed doing what he loves in the Lemhi mountain range. He suffered a medical issue, most likely a heart attack 2 hours hike up the mountain. He was an exemplary teacher at Madison High school where he taught photography. Folks, it's time to show your support for a teacher who changed your life. Let's get this message out and help this family. Larry did not have a supplemental life insurance policy and the least we can do is show our support. Let's prove that we are a family-community by taking care of our own. Thanks.

Everyone, thank you so much for your support, love, and donations to the Prescott family. This campaign provided quick, immediate financial support to pay for the funeral and cemetery plot. Nancy said she "Can't believe" so many people would be so generous. I told her that it's easy to help those who have done so much good in the world.
Folks, thank you again for everything. Nancy has made a withdraw and the money will be with her soon. The total will always show the total amount donated. If, in the near future, you wish to donate again, this campaign will remain open for a few months.

This breaks my heart. I moved to Madison my junior year and had no friends, and Mr. Prescott would let me sit in the art room to eat lunch and at times was the only person to talk to me all day. Such an amazing person and teacher. He will be so missed.
