Mckinly's Ear Docter Visit

Many of you may remember when I fell two stories and nearly lost my life. I recieved a basilar skull fracture and facial paralysis. My entire middle ear was reconstructed and the docters were able to relieve pressure from the damaged facial nerve. I am currently experiencing complications in my left ear from this accident. Long story short... there is a mastoid growing in my ear " scar tissue that has turned to bone"  the docter I need to see is in Lousville Kentucky. I currently live in Utah and need help getting back. The cost of travel is about 740$. Also I do not have insurance and the docters visit will cost 400$. My docters visit is on April 11, 2017. Anything you could possibly contribute would help me a great deal. Without help I will not be able to see my docter. I will need surgery but without seeing him I will not know the approriate steps to take. Thank you for your contributions, I love you all.
